Elinore is as a Senior Improvement Manager for 1000 Lives Improvement, supporting quality improvement programmes in maternity services across NHS Wales. She was the lead midwife for a successful All Wales postpartum haemorrhage project.
Elinore has been working as a midwife since qualifying in 2001, working across a variety of settings, taking a particular interest in the management of high risk pregnancy and birth. She has worked as the midwifery lead for the Obstetric and Gynaecology teaching of undergraduate medical students, with a keen interest in training and education within healthcare. Following this, she began working in continuous quality improvement, with a focus on improving outcomes and experience.
