Yvonne is employed by the CCG within the Better Births transformation team and works closely with the local trust, United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust to ensure strong links are maintained to facilitate delivering the maternity transformation programme.

With a strong background in caseload and midwifery-led models of care, Yvonne is extremely passionate about strengthening these models of care and ensuring that midwives are supported to provide women with information to enable them to make informed and empowered choices.

Yvonne is a member of a number of regional steering groups including Fetal Monitoring.
