Beth Johnson was raised in Illinois and Texas, Beth knew at an early age that she wanted to care for mothers and babies. At the age of eighteen Beth left home to begin her midwifery training in The Philippines.
Beth has helped women deliver their little ones on three continents, stating she has lost track of how many babies she has caught. As a co-author of The Starting Place, her experiences working abroad have been invaluable. She lives in Haiti and works as the Clinical Director at Heartline Maternity Center.
