Bill Yoxall has been a Neonatal Consultant at Liverpool Women’s Hospital since 1997. One of his areas of clinical interest is the initial stabilisation of babies at birth. This has included a number of research projects, clinical audit projects and Quality Improvement projects, as well as having an educational interest. These have all contributed to successful changes resuscitation practise and improved outcomes in his department.
