Jenny Smith, a clinical midwife for over 34 years and founder of the “Jentle Childbirth” charity, passionately believes in a family-centered approach to maternity care.

With the concept of “Materchitecture”, she presents a new radical change in architecture and infrastructure of maternity hospital buildings to make environmental space more comfortable.

In 2017, she established birthcontinua.com.

Jenny has received awards for her work and has lectured widely in UK and abroad.
